We are confident you will love any pieces purchased from us, but in the rare case you are unhappy, then our returns policy below should clarify any specific queries that you may have;
- We allow up to 14 days for a return to be placed, whereby the item must be in pristine condition, alongside box and paperwork.
- We unfortunately cannot offer any return on earrings due to hygiene reasons, and any cleaning solution that has had the seal broken cannot be returned either.
- Anything returned for a reason other than a technical fault would still maintain the original postage charge and this would not be refunded.
- Anything specially made to order, engraved, or personalised in any other way, would not be able to be returned unless the item was faulty. This does not affect you statutory rights.
